Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Generate and print a prepaid shipping label provided through our portal; please note that a $25 restocking fee applies to returns of handcrafted footwear.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip before securely sealing the shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
